Registration is expected September 2026.

What deposit do I need to hold a lot?

A 10% deposit on exchange holds the lot. Before that, a 7 day option period is available at no cost while you get finance in order.

Do I have to build within a set time?

No. There is no build-by covenant. Some buyers build immediately, others hold the land and build later.

Can I use my own builder?

Yes. Design guidelines apply so the street holds its value, but you are free to bring your own builder and your own plans.

Can I use it as a holiday rental?

Yes. Hawks Nest has an established short-stay market, particularly through summer and school holidays.
